We’re pleased to announce that LV Construction has been awarded a place on London and Quadrant’s Groundworks Framework. L&Q is a regulated charitable housing association and one of the UK’s most successful independent social businesses.
The L&Q Group houses around 250,000 people in more than 95,000 homes, primarily across London and the South East. We’re looking forward to working with L&Q to help them continue their work to build and provide affordable housing in the UK.
Being awarded a place on this agreement is part of LV Construction’s wider expansion plans. Our experience and ability to deliver to a high level of quality on large construction projects over the past 4-5 years has demonstrated our ambition to become a major partner for organisations in the construction industry.
With an operating model that gives both us and our partner’s confidence in our ability to execute and deliver within budget and on time, we’re increasing our investment in both the delivery side of our operations and the business development and client engagement activities.
Over the next 3-6 months, we’re undertaking a major internal works package to ensure that we satisfy all the regulatory requirements, have the skills and expertise in place and have been awarded the certifications and accreditations main contractors and clients expect their delivery partners to have.
