LV Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope and expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and address potential overruns.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any changes to plans.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues or delays promptly, minimizing project disruptions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or equivalent) and familiarity with construction methodologies and regulations.
- Leadership: Strong team management and leadership abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
- Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with the ability to anticipate and resolve project challenges.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
